Address: 1664 Dawn Dr. (1664 East 6740 South) Please Enter the West side business
entrance. (3 options for directions)

1- If using freeway or 1300 East
Take I-15 to I-215 going East near 7200 South. Once on I-215 go east to Union Park. Upon
exiting the freeway Go south to Fort Union Blvd(street) and turn left onto
Fort Union. Once on Fort Union stay in the left lane and go thru the 1300
East light and the next light (Park Centre Drive) and make the first left onto 1495 East after the light. It is only 50-75 feet after the light. Then turn right onto Dawn Drive, the first street.
Follow Dawn Drive as it meanders slightly and thru 2 dips. The road eventually will make a
sharp turn left, I am on the right side of the street just slightly prior to that turn. The yard is Xeriscaped instead of traditional lawn. There is a yin/yang symbol in the front yard made with rocks.
Please enter the business entrance on the West side.

2- If coming from east of 13th east, come south on 20th east/Highland dr, cross south over the I-215 interchange and the next light is La Cresta if you turn west/right (or Blackstone Rd if you turn left) Turn West/right, at the end of the block you will come to 3 way stop, turn Right (going North), stay on this road and it will meander west again and you will see a church on your left side, take the 1st Left after the church on 1680 East. go to the end of that block and you are on Dawn Dr, the beige house with the Xeriscaped yard in front of you on the South side of the road is 1664 Dawn Dr. Enter on the WEST side of the house, the business entrance.

3- Get onto 1300 East going South to Ft Union Blvd and turn left (East) onto
Fort Union. Once on Fort Union stay in the left lane and go thru the next light (Park Centre Drive) and make the first left onto 1495 East immediately after the light. It is only 50-75 feet after the light. Then turn right onto Dawn Drive, the first street about 100 feet from Ft Union.
Follow Dawn Drive as it meanders slightly and thru 2 dips. The road eventually will make a
sharp turn left, We are on the right side of the street just slightly prior to that turn. The yard is Xeriscaped instead of traditional lawn. There is a yin/yang symbol in the front yard made with rocks. Look for the sidewalk that goes to the West side of the house. This is the Business Entrance. Please enter here and there will be paperwork for you to complete on the counter in the waiting room.
